Senior/Associate Project Manager
Birmingham
£50-60,000 + car + fantastic benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity located in the Midlands head office for a national construction consultancy practice who really look after their people. The company has an amazing client base and the projects are really interesting, contract values are circa 5-80m so they are decent sized schemes. They have some interesting projects at the moment, a new build A&E for a major hospital, university faculty projects, motorsports engineering and training facilities to name but a few.
In this role you will:
Create a detailed client brief
Formulate responsibilities for all the consultants and specialists
Conduct feasibility studies and ensure all planning consents are obtained
Evaluate contractor tenders and appoint
Manage the financial health of the project from start to finish
Inspect and monitor all works to ensure quality and conformity to the agreed specifications
Client reporting including organising regular project meetings
Establish fantastic relationships and regularly update both the client and the design team
