The Role of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:

In addition to you delivering a complete range of Quantity Surveying services to clients, you will also be accountable for:

• Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, directing their time, performance and workload
• Assuming the role of project and programme leader for key strategic work streams
• Ensuring that design, construction and contract management standards are constantly upheld against our reputation, client expectations and contractual obligations

Requirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:

• MRICS qualified
• Significant senior experience within a quantity surveying role
• Demonstrable management experience in a surveying or construction environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Relevant sector knowledge would be an advantage, including residential, education, leisure and healthcare.
