An international, forward thinking multi-disciplinary construction and engineering consultancy that operate across the UK are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving, cutting-edge Birmingham office.

This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to progress their career within a highly established team, that work across a vast array of sectors and for a broad spectrum of clients and as such the successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have demonstrable experience in liaising and networking with clients.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be undertaking a variety of instructions covering both professional and project services including; contract administration, project management, schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and more.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS
• BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree
• Preferably experience within a leadership position
• Strong IT skills, including MS office applications and AutoCAD

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

• £38,000 - £48,000
• 25 days annual leave
