The firm offer a full range of commercial services to its client base, including; Investment, Valuation, Property Management, Lease Advisory and Commercial Agency etc.

Taking on support for the responsibility for the South Wales region, you will be responsible for Acquisitions and Disposals of Industrial and Office assets, on behalf of both Landlord and Occupiers, working with some household names. You'll be working in a small team of dedicated Agents, also taking responsibility for Business Development and furthering the Agency offering.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced graduate surveyor, surveyor or senior surveyor to a new challenge or looking at relocating to the area. It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS with demonstrable experience of Acquiring and Disposing of commercial leases.
