Job Details
A successful privately-owned firm of independent chartered surveyors with an established regional presence across the South West has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Residential Valuation Surveyor.
We are looking to recruit the next generation of RICS Registered Valuers to further enhance my clients services and will work alongside the existing Valuation Directors who have a huge amount of experience in the sector. This is an exciting opportunity as the successful candidate will likely go on to shape the future direction of the department and next generation of expert valuation surveyors.
A qualified (preferably 2 years+ post qualification) RICS Member and Registered Valuer to carry out both private and panel based residential valuations, as well as Homebuyer Reports and Building Condition Surveys.
We are looking to find an enthusiastic, personable, hardworking individual happy to work independently, although as part of a team within a busy office.
Any additional experience including commercial valuation work would be desirable but is not essential. Being a multi-disciplined firm, work is attracted from many avenues providing plenty of variety, whilst being on numerous bank and SIPP panels as well as operating in the Help to Buy sector.
On offer is a remuneration package, demonstrable with the candidate's experience.
