    My client is one of the UK's leading architecture practices who are looking to join their vibrant offices in the heart of East London. People are the most important asset to this business and you will be the one to ensure that the Company has a happy and productive workplace where everyone realises the established mission & objectives.

    By promoting the values of the business, the HR Manager will shape the positive working culture moving forward.

    What is the main focus of the role?

    • Researching, writing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Providing advice and support in all areas of employee relations
    • Leading on the end-to-end employee lifecycle (from recruitment, induction, performance management, reviews to exit)
    • Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation.
    • Lead the work to regularly review the company's people & talent management processes within the business
    • Provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen business results e.g. leadership & development opportunities.
    • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues and ensure that all key stakeholders are fully informed of trends
    • Keep up to date with HR legislation by researching and attending necessary events, before providing suitable interpretation to senior management

    What can you bring to the table?

    • CIPD qualification - or you're current working towards completing one
    • TUPE experience
    • Excellent employment law knowledge
    • Experience of designing and writing HR policies
    • Adaptability and flexibility - willing to work on a variety of different projects and perform in multiple roles
    • Extrovert & passionate personality!
