Assistant Building Surveyor;

An award-winning building surveying practice in London is looking to bolster their existing team with the addition of an Assistant Surveyor.

This boutique organisation has successfully been providing expertise across the private residential and commercial sector. They undertake a wide range of refurbishment and maintenance projects in central London. Predominately you'll work on large estates, mansion blocks, office fit outs and listed buildings.

As this is a project focused role, we're seeking a junior surveyor who has contract administration and project management exposure. You'll have a minimum of 18 months experience in a private practice firm.

There is a structured APC programme available which boasts a successful pass rate, within the last 18 months two surveyors have achieved MRICS status respectively. You'll assistant an experienced councillor who will lead the process from inception to completion. Career prospects don't stop there, opportunities are available to gain Director level status.

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Minimum 18 months private practice experience
