Senior Quantity Surveyor

A niche Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy in South West London are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with excellent pre & post construction knowledge.

Working alongside luxury and high end clients across London and the South East, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a broad range of projects to push forward whilst also mentoring the junior Quantity Surveyors.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to one of three Directors and you will be fully immersed in the day to day running of the practice. More than just a traditional Quantity Surveying role.

Sectors: Residential, Hospitality, and Commercial.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited qualification
  • 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Previous, or current UK PQS/Consultancy work experience
  • Good pre construction knowledge
  • Ambitious
  • Eager to be involved in the day to day running of a business
