Our Client: Leading independent chartered building surveying and project management consultancy.

Projects: Residential, Heritage, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial, Commercial, Education and Leisure.

Company Headcount: 5 - 15

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

• MRICS qualified
• A minimum of 5 year's Surveying experience
• Experience of undertaking: home buyers surveys, dilapidation inspections, planning applications, preparing building regulation notes, acquisition surveys, measured building surveys and condition surveys
• A good understanding for AutoCAD software would be of advantage
