Central London - Multi-Disciplined Consultancy - £70,000 - £85,000 (Basic)

The Role: Fantastic chance for experienced Senior Project Managers to join a booming, privately owned consultancy to work a variety of projects ranging in value from £100m - £200m in their beautiful, state of the art offices. Four of the company's Directors are retiring in the near future -offering an incredible opportunity for ambitious Senior Project Managers to buy into the business and help run the company!

The Client: Founded over 50 years ago, the medium sized consultancy is well placed to offer services to clients across the country. Boasting an incredible client-retention rate of over 90% covering all services within Project Management, Building Surveying and Cost Management.

Environment: Relaxed, fun office atmosphere of contrasting backgrounds and ages all pulling in the same direction. Twice a month the office goes out and does an activity as a group (all suggestions welcome) bowling, movie afternoon or drinks etc.

Four Offices: Central London, Kent, East Sussex and Essex.

Head Count: 170 - 45 in London, mixture of Project Managers / Building Surveyors and Cost Managers. 15 company Directors and 64 Chartered members of staff in total.

Services: Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying, Joint Venture Management, Health, Safety & Environmental, Fund/Bank Monitoring services and Clerk of Works.

Current Sectors: Retail / Hotels / Offices / Industrial

Requirements for the Project Manager:

Consultancy OR Client-Side (construction) experience
Ideally MRICS qualified

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Project Manager:

8+ years' experience (minimum)
Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery

Salary: competitive based on market, professional experience and qualifications
