Senior Estates Manager

I am currently recruiting for an Senior Estates Manager to join a prestigious Trust based in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to be a part of an exciting transition for the Trust.

This role will begin as a 3 - 6 month contract with the view to take this permanent for the successful candidate. The client is looking to pay between £35 - 40 per hour based on a 37.5 hour week.

Job Role:

• Understanding and maintenance of building and engineering services.
• Management of breakdowns and servicing equipment.
• Main point of contact for engineering and building repairs.
• Working practice to comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Carry out surveys and audits of engineering service facilities.

About you:

• Previous Estate Management experience within the healthcare sector.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Experience of managing multidisciplinary staff i.e estates officers and technicians.
• Operations, maintenance and works on a building services.
• Experience in PAM
