Job Details

The company:

Beach Baker are representing a large and well-known international consultancy who are seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor. The successful candidate will join a small team and will gain exposure with a wide variety of building types within a range of sectors, including commercial to education, historic and residential. Projects typically range from £200k to over £300m.

The candidate:

  • Ideally MRICS / close to completing APC
  • Extremely motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Consultancy background
  • Client-facing
  • IT literate, AutoCAD

The role:

  • Both professional and project work
  • Condition surveys, contract admin, building control applications
