Project Manager - Capital Developments

I'm currently recruiting a Project Manager (Capital Developments) to oversee the successful delivery of multiple building reconfiguration projects in the region. Ideally you will be based in either London/Birmingham or Manchester although the role will require travel based on project demands.

The role will oversee:

• Variations to a Health Estate
• Successful delivery of new health facilities.

The appointed person should ideally have a level of PPP knowledge, technical, financial and commercial skill combined with the aptitude to lead, motivate and inspire.

You will also need to be confident in managing complex relationships at senior management level and have the ability to negotiate and influence parties.

In order to be considered for this role you will require:

• Experience of managing multiple projects
• Experience of managing a muiti-disciplinary team of professionals
• Understanding and experience of working in the public sector
• Confident in managing complex relationships with good communication and influencing skills.
