Lettings Manager working for an established property and asset management business in Salford

Your new company
Your new company is an established property management business based in Salford with a focus on providing an excellent service within their field. Due to current the team structure they are now looking for lettings manager to join the team and help drive the business forward.

Your new role
In your new role you will be heading the lettings team, handling all activities including letting residential properties, project managing new builds and overall property management of their rapidly expand portfolio. You will handle meetings with new tenants, conduct inspections, assist with valuations, handle negotiations and ensure the lettings process is as smooth as possible. You will work along side other property professionals to deliver and excellent service.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have property management experience and have experience with lettings. You need to have commercial awareness and have a proactive can do attitude. You need to be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills. You also need a full clean UK driving license.
