Client Side Commercial Property Manager

I am currently collaborating with a highly established Property Investment and Development business, which owns a portfolio consisting over over 5 million sq ft. The portfolio is made up of prime commercial real estate across central and west London. The business is best known for their strategic methods to increase value of existing assets and brand new developments from the ground up.

The business shows year on year growth, even in the current climate and they are listed in the London Stock Exchange. They are looking to expand their team with a Portfolio Manager, to cover a portion of their ever expanding portfolio. The role is to be based in their Mayfair offices.

The position will sit within the Property Management team, working alongside the Senior Portfolio Manager and reporting into Head of Property Management. You will be responsible for all property management and maintaining occupier relationships by providing a high quality service.

Key aspects of the role include but are not limited to:

• Portfolio management

• Tenant liaison and management

• Lease management

• Drafting and reconciliation of service charge and budgets

• Management of building managers and oversea facilities management

• Develop and maintain key relationships with new and existing occupiers

The successful candidate will have 4+ years experience in property management and service charge. You don't need to be qualified and this is something the business can support. It's a great opportunity to apply your experience to the role, whilst gaining skills working closely alongside the Asset Management team.
