The successful applicant will be managing a portfolio on behalf of a prominent client of theirs, a globally recognised fund that has over £3bn in assets worldwide. The role will involve stepping away from the nitty gritty of day to day property management and will allow the successful applicant to embrace strategic thinking. The role involves a number of key duties including.

• Building and developing relationships with the client
• Directly managing a team of 12
• Reporting directly to one of the firm's Partners
• Helping to drive forward asset enhancement initiatives
