Associate / Director - TDD

Carriera has recently been retained to secure a lead for TDD for an innovative and reputable consultancy in London. 

The business employs over 150 staff through a network of 7 offices, operating nationally and also within the EU. They are forward-thinking specialists with a sustained reputation for delivering the highest quality of works, with an impressive track record across all commercial property sectors. 

Working with Investors, developers, occupiers, and landowners. Our client is unrivaled when it comes to providing expert & specialist advice through sustainability, built assets and development. Due to continued success, they are now looking for a creative, ambitious and business winning lead, who has aspirations of becoming Partner.

The opportunity will be a joint venture at leadership level, focusing heavily on the development and nurturing of clients across UK & EU markets. You will be responsible for coordinating complex TDD instructions, supporting the development and implementation of a TDD strategy, whilst growing the service line.

You will be a chartered building surveyor, Ideally at associate level or higher, who is used to managing teams and leading commissions. You will have a good reputation and contacts with London agents, with a proven ability to manage/develop junior teams members. You will be adept at stakeholder management, cherishing opportunities and looking for further business wins. It is expected that you will be highly motivated, a natural leader and negotiator who is looking to make an impact.
