Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor;

Great opportunity for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join a boutique building consultancy in Spinning Fields.

We're seeking a talented newly qualified Graduate who is ambitious and driven to kick start their career. My client is a dynamic organisation who work across the commercial, residential and retail sectors. They're currently undertaking refurbishment and maintenance programmes on high end residential structures including; large estates, mansion blocks and listed buildings. Predominately the work in located in Manchester and the North East.

This is a client facing role, you'll liaise with high level stakeholders daily while managing schemes for inception to completion. The practice will provide you with great exposure across several building surveying disciplines.

You'll be offered a structured APC programme which will be headed by an experienced councillor, tailored support and work will be presented to ensure that you successfully become Chartered MRICS.

Responsibilities;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Party wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Specification writing
• Defects analysis
• Refurbishment
• Planned preventative maintenance

Successful Surveyor;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• Minimum 18 months private practice experience
• Started APC or nearly completed
• Well-presented/Client facing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Career driven
• Full UK Drivers Licence
