An independent, well-established building consultancy that operate on a national scale who are based in Manchester are currently looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their client focused, expanding team.

The successful Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of instructions including; contract administration, project management, dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments. Additionally to this you will also be responsible for liaising with clients both existing and new to secure new business.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be joining a growing, independent consultancy which is focused on promoting from within and developing their staff to become a true asset to the company.

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally newly chartered or sitting the APC in 2019
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
• Experience working within a commercial consultancy
• Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

• £28,000 - £38,000
