General Practice Surveyor opportunity in south Essex

Your new company
Opportunity to join a medium-sized property consultancy who work across the residential and commercial markets, predominantly in Essex and East London. You will be joining an experienced and close-knit team who specialise in commercial property. Your new role
Working with both private and public sector clients you will be responsible for a variety of landlord and tenant duties including rent reviews and lease renewals. You will also be involved in valuations including Red Book and probate.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be a MRICS General Practice Surveyor and ideally a registered Valuer. Support will be offered if you need to attain Registered Valuer status. You will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
