Job Details
An exciting opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join a small team within a well established private practice organisation. This is a great opportunity for an individual to grow their career with the company as the team grows.
This opportunity would ideally suit a very competent individual who realistically has limited room for progression within their existing firm.
You will take full responsibility for clients based in the North of England. There is a high level of autonomy including the freedom to work from home.
Responsibilities will include:
- Workplace Strategy and Design
- Project Management
- Contract administration and construction procurement
- Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Dilapidations for Landlords and tenants
- Building Reinstatement cost assessments
- Building pathology and defect diagnosis
- Technical reviews of licences for alteration
- Project Monitoring and Development due diligence
