Senior Chartered Building Surveyor - (lucrative bonus scheme);

A commercial property consultant is looking to bolster their building surveying team with the addition of a talented surveyor.

The West End based organisation undertake commercial schemes across central London for investors, developers, occupiers and owners. The practice has 40 surveyors across several disciplines; the office is a modern, bright and open plan.

We're looking for a well-rounded surveyor to continue the impressive work that the building consultancy team is achieving. You'll lead exclusive schemes from inception to completion while liaising with high level stakeholders. Managing client relations while developing new and existing business.

Yearly the office is closed four days in January to accommodate the Ski Trip which all employees attend (optional). This forward-thinking business is always finding new methods to grow and improve, they offer good career prospects through progression programmes. Specific targets and objectives are in place to encourage promotion right through to Partner level status.
