Director QS Fit-Out

A new and exciting opportunity for a Director of Quantity Surveying to join a boutique multi-disciplined consultancy to spear head their fit-out team in the heart of the big smoke. You would be working alongside three Directors to form a business plan; you would have a major part in the recruitment process to build a strong team underneath you.

The Company

My client, a small consultancy who advise on prestigious high-end houses, state of the art luxury apartments & 5* Hotel projects for their clients. After the successful commissioning of two breath-taking new projects, my client is looking to add a Director of Quantity Surveying to start and head up their Fit-Out team. This business is incredibly reputable within their field with a client base to match, as well as the luxury of working alongside leading professionals.

The Person

Ideally, Be MRICS or MCIOB qualified
Must have a minimum of 10 years fit-out experience
Previous fit-out project experience will be looked upon favourably
Good with dealing with wealthy individuals
Having strong contacts or work you can bring with you would improve your application

The Package + Benefits

Basic Salary: Up to £150,000
Bonus: Discretionary Bonus
Professional Fees Paid
Pension: Up to 5% matched employer contribution
Holiday Entitlement: 27 days + Bank Holidays
20% Equity into the business (option to buy)
