Carriera are recruiting for a world renowned organisation who specialise in the commercial, residential and rural real estate.

About the client;

With a presence in over 30 countries, our clients knowledge of the local market makes them one of the best in class.

The project management team forms part of the wider building consultancy department which provides a range of professional and project services to occupier and investor clients, as well as internal teams.

About the role;

This senior/associate/director level role will suit someone who has experience working the commercial CAT A&B refurbishment market, and has a strong understanding of construction and the project lifecycle. This role will see the successful candidate developing the CAT A team in wider business.

From day one you will be reporting into the lead project management director and will work alongside the other project managers and building surveyors within the team.

About you;

 The ideal candidate will be someone who has extensive project experience of CAT A&B projects from inception through to completion, and has a strong technical background. It is also desirable if you have experience managing a small team.

You must be used to managing client relationships, often at a senior level and be comfortable bringing in new business.

You must have a property or construction related degree and ideally be MRICS or the equivalent.
