Building Surveyor

New Building Surveying opportunity, leading Property Consultancy with an extremely diverse portfolio, £50,000

Your new company
A prestigious multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in a range of property services including conserving and enhancing some of the UK's most innovative properties, as well as loved period structures, and exciting new builds. This company works with some of the most diverse clients from private landowners to local authorities, pension funds to farmers and look after the property interests of significant public-sector bodies from cathedrals, colleges and charities.

Your new role
You will carry out a range of Building Surveying tasks, both project and professional. This includes Building Surveys of all types of commercial buildings and residential properties, contract administration, schedules of conditions and Party Wall awards. You will also assist in generating fees through developing and managing both new and existing clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be newly qualified, with sound relevant experience and extensive industry knowledge of main Building Surveying activities. You will be comfortable client facing and have excellent time management skills.
