Intermediate Building Surveyor

A highly established, award winning multi-discipline construction consultancy that operate across the UK are looking to appoint an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their highly successful building consultancy in the Bristol office.

The role would incorporate a wide range of instructions ranging from; contract administration, party wall matters, dilapidations and design/specification writing. The consultancy are ideally looking for an Intermediate Building Surveyor that is confident in their ability to under take instructions as part of a team and also off your own initiative.

The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will receive full support towards completing the APC and assistance with continued professional development.

The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have;

  • Ideally 18+ months APC Diary
  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Experience in undertaking both project and professional services
  • Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will receive;
