You will be based in the office working towards selling residential property as well as shared ownership.

My client is a leading housing association with an estate agency sister business.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator will be:
- Arrange viewings using diary management
- Update purchasers records on the CRM
- Attend viewings
- Meet with vendors face to face
- Negotiate on offers and close
- Work to KPI's
- Make sure you are making outbound calls to potential vendors and buyers
- Work within the team and pull in the same direction
Profile
The successful Sales Negotiator will:
- Experience of working within an estate agency selling or letting properties or have worked for a housing association.
- Have knowledge and experience of shared ownership sales and the relevant administration.
- A proven track record of hitting and over achieving on targets.
- Positive attitude to work.
- Experience of attending viewings, negotiating on offers and booking valuations.
