Job Details
The role as New Homes Sales Advisor will be to manage a new build development, selling properties off plan as well as on completion of the development. This role is working Thursday - Monday covering a site in Congleton.

The key responsibilities for the New Homes Sales Advisor will be:
- To register buyers and investors on a regular basis on the phone
- Set up face to face site meetings
- Understand plans in depth to advise buyers
- Manage the show home
- Run events at the show home during weekends
- Visit other sites near by to compare the developments
- Sell properties/Flats off plan and when completed
- Able to work weekends
- Able to cover sites in Congleton

A healthy basic salary with an exciting bonus structure.
