A highly established, forward thinking multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy that operate across 6 locations in the UK are currently looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding and thriving team in the Manchester office.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Project focused Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion to build upon this skill set. The successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking a mix of instructions including; project management, defect diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance and design and specification writing.

The consultancy offers the successful Chartered Building Surveyor a variety of career progression routes, up to director levels as well a structured support toward continued professional development.

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS, MCIOB with relevant experience considered
• Proven history of taking projects from inception to completion
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft applications

In Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;

• £35,000 - £45,000
