Quantity Surveyor

Peace Recruitment is working with a key client to recruit a post graduate Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis for their expanding city centre office in Edinburgh. You should ideally have experience within a PQS consultancy to be considered for this role, this can include experience gained from placements during your studies and a minimum of 2 years' experience post grad within Private Practice. We are wanting to speak with candidates who are working towards their APC and looking to develop their career within the next 3-5 years.

This role has arisen due to expansion, with continued growth expected over the next 12 months due to a further boost in exciting projects won.
My client works on a variety of property projects including includes NHS refurbishments, high quality residential developments, private house extensions, luxury hotels & golf clubs, city office buildings and retail parks to name but a few.

Requirements for the successful candidate:-
- Experience working within a PQS consultancy (3 years post grad)
- Demonstrable competency providing cost plans
- Ability to manage your workload and run own projects
- Show a keen drive to become MRICS

In return you can expect:-
- Salary - £28,000 to £32,000 reflecting your experience level 
- Assistance in gaining Chartered status with all RICS fees paid
- Flexible working
