NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) – SES is an organisation committed to championing modern, sustainable high quality healthcare environments.  We do this by providing professional and technical advice and support on a broad spectrum of estate development, environment and facilities management issues to the Department for Health and Social Services at the Welsh Government (WG) as well as NHS Wales.

In this role you will play an important part in helping to achieve our goal of delivering real and lasting improvements to the NHS estate in Wales. You will provide advice, guidance and support to the WG and NHS Wales on a broad range of commercial, contractual and cost issues, in relation to the NHS estate. The main focus of the role will involve scrutiny of construction related Business Cases on behalf of the WG and therefore you will need detailed knowledge of development cost planning and management, capital procurement and public sector business case processes.

To meet this challenge, you must be a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Your analytical abilities, high level of IT literacy must be complemented by excellent communication, leadership, people management, team-working and presentation skills.
