Associate Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity for a Associate Quantity Surveyor has been created by a recognised consultancy in Surrey.

The role:

The role has been created due to progression, it is a team leading role, taking control of client relationships and managing a team of internal quantity surveyors. You will report in to the lead Director for the office, helping to shape service offerings, developing the culture and strengthening an already successful business. The team you will be responsible for is 12 strong and has a good hierarchal structure that will help you deliver, manage and mentor. 

The role will be circa 60% delivery, with balance between business development and management of your team. 

About you:

You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. Have a solid grounding in the industry, ideally with in a client or consultancy, where you have focused your career working in the UK and within in the built environment. Your experience will ideally be within commercial, education, health, life science or residential. You will be a chartered quantity surveyor, who is used to guiding your team through the apc process, either as a mentor, assessor or supervisor.

You will be paid a very competitive salary, provided full benefits and a bonus dependant on individual and company performance, 25 days holiday and cpd. The firm will enable you to take the next step in your career and support your professional development. You will be a key part for helping  the Director grow the firms capability and service offering.
