Quantity Surveyor

A modern and innovative company based in Barnet are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will earn a salary of £40,000 plus additional car allowance and be expected to adhere to their high standard whilst performing the full range of construction services that they provide.

As the Quantity Surveyor you will be:

• Submitting and preparing accurate tenders.
• Estimating
• Preparing accurate quantity take-offs.
• Building and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Cost Value Reconciliations.

To be successful within the Quantity Surveyor role you will have:

• Experience within the commercial sector as a Quantity surveyor or Estimator e.g. previous work on retail sites, hotels, schools, leisure, universities.
• A positive attitude with the desire to grow and progress within your career and also with the company.
• A successful and proven background in estimating.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or the experience to confirm education to this level.
• Self-discipline and initiative.

In return you will receive:

• A salary of £40,000
• Car Allowance
