A number of posts within the Estates Practice team at Nottinghamshire County Council are ready to be filled. The team is going through a period of exciting change, with more opportunities than ever before. If you think the job is for you, we would welcome your application.

The Estates Practice Team manages the whole of the County Council’s property portfolio. You will be working on a challenging and interesting mix of properties and will be involved in advising the Council across a full range of property matters including valuations, disposals, lettings, rent reviews and rating.

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) (or working towards) with a minimum of 3 year’s commercial property experience.

The role is based at County Hall in West Bridgford and will require travel across the whole of Nottinghamshire. You will work as part of a small team of property professionals and support staff and you will need to have a full driving licence.
