Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Staffordshire

Our clients are a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy providing a range of professional services including Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, CDM Advisory, Project Monitoring, Facilities Management and more. As they continue to expand, they are currently looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based out of their Staffordshire office.

The role:
They're ideally looking for an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor, with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, to provide an efficient and effective construction financial management services to clients working on building and civil engineering projects. Specific knowledge and experience of SMM7 is essential along with working knowledge of JCT forms of contract. Experience working with Government or Local Authority funded projects is desirable.

Requirements:
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Experience working on a range of building and civil engineering projects
- Knowledge and experience of SMM7 is essential
- Strong working knowledge of JCT and other forms of contract
- Experience working with Government or Local Authority funded projects is desirable
- Full UK drivers licence

In Return:
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary
