Specialist Quantity Surveyor

EXPERIENCED QUANTITY SURVEYOR required by leading specialist brickwork sub-contractor. 

We’re a successful company working for major clients on landmark projects throughout London and the home counties. Employing over 200 site operatives we pride ourselves on customer relations and repeat business.

We’re seeking an ambitious, hard-working team member with a proven track record managing multi-million pounds subcontract packages.   

Suitable qualifications are preferred, with good communication and numerical skills essential.

Based from our Colney Heath head office and site, this varied and exciting role involves pre and post contract duties including:

Identifying opportunities and marketing the company.

Producing and negotiating tenders.

Material budgets, schedules and labour targets.

Interim payment applications, valuation of variations, final accounts.

Managing sub-contract accounts.

Financial monitoring and cost reporting.
