Job Details
Beach Baker are recruiting a Building Surveyor for a well-established firm, based within walking distance of Cambridge station. They are looking for an MRICS (recently Chartered up to Associate) Building Surveyor with consultancy experience.
The company:
The company have a regional presence across the UK, with over 500 employees. They pride themselves on their collaborative and client-focused approach and have an excellent pipeline for 2019/2020.
The role:
Your typical day to day role will involve a 50/50 split of project and professional work, with project values ranging from £10k - £1.5 million. Clients range from educational institutions and high net-worth individuals to local authorities and heritage. There will also be the opportunity for European travel.
The candidate:
- MRICS
- Experienced with commercial building surveying
- Able to complete both professional and project work
- Consultancy experience
Remuneration:
Package is flexible and depends on experience, however it is likely to be between £30,000 - £60,000.
