Senior/Associate Building Surveyor
A senior, business winning, building surveyor is sought by a consultancy to develop their residential and commercial service offering.
This business provides building surveying, cost management, design, and principal designer services to the Public and Private sectors within the UK. They employ in excess of 100 staff through their office network and have a strong critical mass within the commercial sector.
The Private Sector team is led by a longstanding Director, who is a very capable leader and technical building surveyor, who is responsible for a London team of 14 professionals. The team's workload is mainly within the residential space, working with Landed estates and Property management companies, local authorities and a number of commercial schemes in the private and public sector.
They are looking to develop their brand and service offering by bringing in a building surveyor who has a demonstrable track record of working in the residential and commercial sectors in Central London. Your experience and abilities will mean you can develop, deliver and manage a team, as well as a service offering. It is expected that you are used to managing, mentoring and developing building surveyors of all levels.
You will be a chartered building surveyor, who is more than likely an associate within one of the named practices or a director/ partner in a smaller practice or a sole trader who has a solid client offering who is looking for the support of a larger brand.
In return, you will be given a stable platform to work from, with all the supporting and clerical teams that you would expect, as well as a solid salary and package (including pension, healthcare and life assurance).
