Our client is a highly successful boutique consultancy that operates solely throughout the private property sector. They deliver project and professional services to an established clientele made up of funds, occupiers, landowners, high net worth individuals, developers and institutional investors.

Following a number of successful years and continued year on year growth. They are now looking to appoint a newly qualified building surveyor, who has recently secured their chartership, and is looking to develop their career within an entrepreneurial and very successful environment.

The Directors have previously led larger multi-disciplined consultancy’s, and their experience combined has allowed them to identify what really makes a great business not just for their client’s needs, but also culturally for their employees. In turn, the platform they provide would be perfect for somebody who has an entrepreneurial flare, who want to push boundaries and continue to exceed expectations and targets.

The work will be varied and mainly project led, working throughout commercial, retail and on occasion high end residential. You will be instructed on overseeing various projects from inception through to completion where you will expect to encompass project values anywhere between £500,000 towards £100m. 

You will be a chartered building surveyor, who has a BSc or MSc in Building surveying and a solid grounding in the commercial world, whether it is in London or elsewhere in the UK.

You will have a worked for private practice or consultancy; with experience in delivering project and professional duties. You will work in a collaborative manner, survive with a good level of autonomy and responsibility. Not be afraid to shoulder responsibility or work for a dynamic growing practice that is not constrained/ stifled by systems or processes.
