Chartered Building Surveyor
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative and well established multi-disciplined consultancy in the West End.
Our client is one of the longest standing property consultancies, who deliver a number of services to international companies and major institutions as well as private landowners and homeowners. They employ over 600 staff and provide services such as building consultancy, planning & development, asset management, valuation & advisory and more.
With their 2020 vision in full swing, the business is looking to bolster its service offering and are looking for a chartered building surveyor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
The opportunity will see you supporting the lead of commercial building surveying, nurturing and generating fees through existing and new business. You will encompass an evenly balanced split of project and professional work, where you can expect to encompass dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration and project managing schemes that value from half a million up to £10m.
You will be chartered via RICS and can demonstrate extensive knowledge of core building surveying duties. You will be technically competent, with in-depth knowledge of all relevant legislations and possess commercial acumen. You must be organised, driven and comfortable in working within a fast-paced environment, who can work autonomously and well within a team.
