Marketing Executive

This is an opportunity to work for a leading developer based in London. With some really amazing projects happening its a great opportunity to really develop your marketing skills in a prestigious and well regarded industry. You will be supporting in the coordination of marketing across various London developments from inception to delivery.

Job Description...

• Assist marketing manager in media planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Update company website and all relevant property portals, identifying requirements for photography, suggesting suitable images, providing and checking information.
• Organise community / Sales launch events and all advertising/ invitations for launch
• Assist marketing manager with delivery of all marketing collateral- brochures, CGIs, fact sheets, newsletters etc
• Ensure Sales team have sufficient, up to date marketing materials at all times
• Quarterly newsletter for each development to update purchasers on build progress
• Coordinating presentation of marketing suites including hoarding, signage, flags and landscaping
• Coordinate external agencies- creative agencies, PR agencies, etc
• Organising visits to for wider community to contribute to S106
• Working at sales events to assist sales team during busy times/launches
• Other adhoc activities

As the candidate...

• You will have 2 years experience in a similar role for a residential developer.
• You will be happy to travel out to site 2 to 3 times a week.
• CIM qualification is a bonus
• Well organised and well presented.
• Attention to detail
