Job Details
My client is an award-winning developer who specialise in student accommodation and the residential sectors. Known for their high-quality builds and strong track record of delivering complex schemes, my client is looking for an Investment Analyst to assist on various development and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identification of new investment opportunities
- Financial appraisals / modelling
- Assess and appraise development sites and investment sales
- Report writing and presentations
- Carry out research on markets to support investment decisions
- Work alongside investment team and support where needed
You ideally will have/be:
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of investment and development modelling
- Ideally have a Real Estate related degree
- Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
