Building Surveyor – Hampshire – Council - 6 Months - £30 p/h Outside IR35

My Local Authority client based in Hampshire is currently looking for a Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months with a view to extend beyond this. They require a Building Surveyor to work on a number of commercial builds.

Skills/Requirements:

• Be a part of the projects team dealing with commercial build projects ranging from £50k-£3m, these include a new build doctors surgery and a number of industrial units.
• You will be working on high value commercial projects but you may also be required to work on a back log of minor repair projects.
• Be involved in the repair and maintenance of a number of commercial projects from inception to completion.
• You will be a Building Surveyor but will also have an extensive background in commercial projects and understand the processes concerned with capital projects.
• You will be RICS qualified with MRICS being highly desirable.
