A prestigious property consultant is looking to add a talented surveyor to either of their City or West End offices.

My client is an established organisation who dominate the commercial sector, they're an award-winning practice who provide a wide array of services across the built environment. Due to the increase in workload a position has arisen in the professional services team. Work predominately involves undertaking dilapidations and technical due diligence surveys.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have proven professional services experience, you'll work with an exclusive portfolio of clients including; financial institutes, private investors and developers plus large blue-chip corporations.

There is a clear path to Director level status through a career progression plan, 80% of the current managers and board members started off as Junior members. You'll have quarterly review meetings to ensure your achieving targets.

Responsibilities;

• Dilapidations (Landlord & Tenant)
• Technical Due Diligence
• Specification writing
• Party Wall Matters
• Defect diagnosis
• Expert witness
• Contract administration
• Project Management

Surveyor;

• MRICS - Full membership
• Commercially aware
• Fee earning experience
• Previous private practice surveying experience
• Client facing demeanour
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
