Project Manager - Retail & Leisure Refurbishment / Fit Out

A specialist construction consultancy focused heavily in the retail and leisure sectors require an experienced Project Manager to join them to work with some of the UK’s largest and best-known companies. The projects will range between £1 million and £100 million in value. You will be joining a team of 20 in the London office (based Southbank) made up of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. 

Example recent projects include an Oxford Street fit out for a luxury goods retailer, refurbishment of a high-end department store, remodelling and new layouts across the South East for a discount supermarket chain, and refurbishment of several outlets for a pub/restaurant chain.

Experience wise, you should be already working as a construction Project Manager in the retail or leisure area, and ideally have come from a construction consultancy background. You will be able to demonstrate previous successful delivery of a range of projects, and have excellent communication skills with all levels of staff internally, with contractors and with client organisations

You should have a relevant professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, APM) or be working towards it, and you will need strong stakeholder management skills.
