Job Details
A major, global consultancy is seeking a Senior Surveyor/Associate level Valuation Surveyor to head up their Residential Valuation team based out of their Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a real difference in this key role. The ideal candidate will either already be operating at this level, or will be looking to step up and swiftly progress with their career. Duties will include; PRS Valuations of large portfolios and city centre blocks, Residential Development Valuations, loan security valuations, etc. An excellent salary and package is on offer, this will be dependent on experience.
