Technical Manager - Housing Association - London - Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're partnered with a leading Housing Association to seek a Technical Manager to support with their ambitious growth plans, based out of their office in Inner London.

This is a key role in their business to support with their £2 billion delivery programme over the next 5 years. You will be working closely with the Director of Development as they grow their development team to deliver 1000 affordable homes, through a mixture of regeneration projects and new homes. There is significant investment to grow the team and the business, offering an exciting opportunity to develop and have a wider remit.

Most of the leadership in the business have joined from Private Developers, so you will ideally have private sector experience with a developer or main contractor, with significant residential experience. You will be confident to work with key stakeholders from across the business, including Commercial, Sales & Marketing and Construction. Experience in growing Technical teams will be beneficial.
