Job Details

Ideally, they are looking someone from a residential developer with at least 5 years new homes experience working on or previously with traditional or timber frame.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for detailed cost budget planning
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence when required
  • Preparing and negotiating costs for tender and contracts
  • Work with internal departments and external consultancies if/when required
  • Value Engineering projects in line with development budgets
  • Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs

Experience:

  • At least 5years with a residential developer
  • Multi-site responsibilities
  • Traditional & Timber Frame
