A prolific opportunity for a Project Management Partner to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Surrey. This fantastic opportunity has been created to strengthen the service offering and help drive growth with new and existing clients.

About the client; 

The client is a very well regarded medium sized player whose clients and staff come first. They are open, relaxed, forward thinking and embrace change. They provide a full range of Building Surveying, Capital Allowances, Cost Management, CDM & Health & Safety and Project Management Services. They have a network of offices through the UK, from which they carry out all of these services, working with clients such as charitable trusts, developers, housing associations and financial institutions.

About the role;

The main pull of this role is the chance to create and nurture your own team from scratch – all project management services are delivered from London but as you make key hires and grow the team you will be front and centre within this geographical region.

As the project management lead in this office you will be leading from the front on existing contracts and will be key in driving growth via new business. There is a very healthy pipeline of work across education, higher education, government organisation, commercial and retail fit-out.

About you;

It is expected that you will currently be as a working winning associate director or partner in a rival firm. A strong track record of delivery, adding additional revenue streams with current clients and bringing in new business is essential to succeed in this role.
