A small practice of construction professionals are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their Birmingham team.

Working second to the Director, you will be covering the full life cycle project working closely with developers and occupiers. You will join an office of 15 that provides Project Management, Building and Quantity Surveying services.

There are a number of ongoing projects as well as a healthy pipeline of work within the Hotel, High End Resi and Retail sectors. One particular project they have in mind for you is a PRS Mixed-Use Scheme.  A typical week will include a mixture of working from the office and out on site though where possible they can accommodate home/flexible working.

This position would be ideal for a candidate who has gained Project Management consultancy experience and is looking to step away from the main stream and to join a smaller consultancy. Not only will you have more of a direct impact on the company but will also gain immediate recognition.

Due to this company being one of the remaining Partnerships, reaching Partner level is also a possibility.
